Ladan H. Sefat is an award winning professional athlete who has been practicing sports for 30 years. She has a Black Belt 7 Dan in Tae Kwon Do and is an international Tae Kwon Do trainer and referee. Ladan also served as the president of the Women’s Tae Kwon Do Association of Iran. In 2004-2007 Ladan was the Assistant Director of the Martial Arts Federation of Europe (Germany).
